Manager, Business Development & Incubation

    WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR ?
    We are looking for a commercial Intrapreneur who can drive our core business growth while simultaneously building our future. As the BD & Incubation Manager, you will wear two hats. First, you will lead high-level business development, identifying and prioritizing the most valuable partnership opportunities. Second, you will lead "Incubation Projects" taking new ideas (e.g., a new creator IP, a cross-border commerce model, or a new tech solution) from a rough concept to a Proof of Concept (POC) and eventually a profitable business unit.
KEY RESPONSIBIRITIES
1. Strategy & Prioritization
- Opportunity Assessment: Evaluate incoming business opportunities and internal ideas. Use data to prioritize which projects to pursue based on ROI, strategic fit, and resource availability.
- Strategic Roadmap: Co-develop the BD roadmap. Decide where The Lemon Shot should play (e.g., which sectors in Thailand/China) and how to win.
- Resource Allocation: Act as the gatekeeper for new initiatives, ensuring we focus our energy on high-impact projects rather than short-term initiatives.


2. Business Development (The "Hunter" Role)

- Strategic Partnerships: Lead negotiations for complex, high-value deals (e.g., Joint Ventures, Exclusive Representation rights with Chinese platforms, or major Brand partnerships).
- Commercial Structure: Design the commercial terms of deals beyond standard rate cards to create synergistic revenue-sharing or equity-based models.


3. New Business Incubation (The "Builder" Role)

- Zero-to-One Management: Lead the launch of new business units or products. Manage the entire lifecycle from ideation to Proof of Concept (POC) to Service Launch.
- POC Execution: Design and run pilot projects to test assumptions. Gather data to prove success or fail fast with learnings.
- Feasibility Studies: Work with the Finance team to build business cases. Analyze market size, cost structures, and revenue potential before full-scale investment.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics.Experience: 5–7+ years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Strategy, Venture Building, or Project Management.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, or related fields.

The "Intrapreneur" Mindset: Demonstrated experience in launching something new (e.g., a new department, a startup, a new product line) is highly preferred. You must show ownership.
Hard Skills:
- Feasibility Analysis: Ability to build a basic P&L and business model.
- Project Management: Skilled in managing timelines, stakeholders, and risks.
- Deck Creation: Ability to pitch a vision to investors or senior management.
Language:
- Thai: Native.
- English: Business Fluent (Negotiation level).
