Project Coordinator (Chinese Speaking)

Role Overview 

This role acts as a key liaison between Chinese stakeholders/clients and internal teams,  ensuring seamless communication and execution of projects. 

The position also provides direct support to C-level executives in coordination,  documentation, and strategic follow-ups. 

Key Responsibilities 
 

1. Cross-border Client Coordination (China Market) 

• Act as the main point of contact for Chinese clients/partners to ensure smooth project  execution 

• Translate business requirements between Chinese-speaking clients and Thai/internal  teams 

• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and expectations across stakeholders • Ensure alignment on campaign objectives and performance outcomes 2. C-

2. Level Executive Support
 

• Support executives in preparing meeting materials, reports, and business  presentations 

• Take meeting minutes (Thai/Chinese/English) and track key action items • Assist in follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders 

• Handle ad-hoc strategic tasks assigned by leadership 


3. Project Management & Operations
 

• Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables across multiple campaigns • Coordinate with internal teams (Creative, Media, Brand Partner) to ensure execution  quality 

• Identify risks/issues and proactively propose solutions 

• Support campaign reporting and performance tracking 


4. Presentation & Documentation
 

• Develop and refine presentation decks (PowerPoint/Google Slides) for client and  internal use 

• Summarize complex information into clear, concise formats 

• Ensure all documentation is well-structured and aligned with business objectives 

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related  fields 

• 2–5 years of experience in Project Coordination, Account Management, or Executive  Support 

• Strong proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) and Thai (spoken & written required) • Good command of English is a plus

• Experience working with Chinese clients or cross-border projects is highly preferred • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (especially PowerPoint) • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment 

Preferred Attributes 

• Experience in media agency, digital marketing, or tech-related industries • High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset 

• Ability to work closely with senior stakeholders (C-level exposure is a plus) • Proactive, adaptable, and able to handle ambiguity
