Senior BI and Data Analyst
Key Responsibilities
1. Data Development & Management
• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines using ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to collect data from databases and external sources.
• Clean, validate, and organize data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability for analysis.
• Develop and maintain efficient data models that support business reporting and advanced analytics.
2. Analysis & Reporting
• Develop, maintain, and improve interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to monitor business KPIs.
• Perform ad-hoc and deep-dive analysis to answer business questions, identify trends, and uncover opportunities for operational improvement.
• Present insights and recommendations in a clear and meaningful way to support business decision-making.
3. Tool & Platform Development for Operations
• Work closely with management and Operations teams to identify business challenges, workflow bottlenecks, and opportunities to improve efficiency through data-driven tools and internal platforms.
• Translate business requirements and analytical insights into clear product features and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with engineers and developers throughout the product development lifecycle, including planning, testing, implementation, and deployment.
• Measure the impact of newly developed tools or platforms by tracking improvements such as reduced processing time, fewer errors, and increased operational accuracy, and continuously optimize based on user feedback and performance data.
4. Communication & Collaboration
• Present data insights, analytical findings, and tool development plans to stakeholders at all levels in a clear and effective manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data solutions align with business goals and operational needs.
• Act as a trusted partner between business users and technical teams to deliver practical, data-driven solutions.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information & Communication Technology (ICT), Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Business Intelligence (BI), Data Analytics (DA), or Operations Workflow Process improvement.
• Proficient in at least one programming language such as JavaScript, Python, TypeScript, or Java.
• Strong knowledge of AI tools and prompt engineering, with the ability to apply AI effectively in day-to-day work.
• Experience in Digital Commerce and/or Digital Marketing is a strong advantage.
