The initiative begins with an Intensive Creator Development Program, specially designed by SCA PLUS to provide personalized training tailored to each creator's strengths, aspirations, and development needs. Combining expertise in Talent Development and Creative Arts & Entertainment Education, the program prepares creators to become well-rounded talents. The first phase will focus on preparing participants for auditions for upcoming vertical drama productions by Plus SixtySix, before expanding into broader entertainment and creative industry opportunities.
