Role Overview 

The Head of Business Strategy and Incubation is a leadership role responsible for identifying,  validating, and launching new growth engines for The Lemon Shot. You will ensure that the  company stays ahead of industry trends through strategic planning and the successful  incubation of internal projects. 
This role requires a unique blend of high-level P&L management, entrepreneurial grit, and the  ability to mentor a high-performing team. You will be responsible for turning challenges into  scalable business solutions. 


Key Responsibilities 


1. Strategic Planning & Market Intelligence 

• Define the long-term strategic roadmap for The Lemon Shot, aligning departmental  goals with overall corporate objectives. 
• Conduct deep-dive competitive analysis to maintain a market edge. 
• Identify emerging trends in the marketing and digital landscape to pivot or expand  service offerings. 


2. Business Incubation & Investment 

• Lead the "zero-to-one" phase of new business units, from initial concept and  feasibility studies to pilot launches. 
• Build robust business cases for new investments, focusing on scalability, resource  allocation, and ROI. This can include M&A initiatives. 


3. P&L Management & Operational Oversight 

• Full ownership of the incubation budget and P&L for existing and new business lines. • Establish KPIs and success metrics for all strategic initiatives, ensuring they meet  financial and growth milestones. 
• Streamline workflows between strategy, marketing, and finance to ensure cross functional cohesion. 


4. Leadership & Team Development 

• Manage and empower a dedicated team, fostering a culture of innovation, high  integrity, and professional growth. 
• Act as a key advisor to senior leadership on organizational structure and change  management. 


Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 6+ years of experience in business strategy, management consulting, or  corporate incubation. Prior experience in a high-growth startup or a leading  marketing/conglomerate environment is highly preferred. 
• Financial Acumen: P&L management, financial modeling, and investment analysis. • Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to synthesize complex data into actionable  business strategies. 
• Leadership: A track record of building and retaining high-performing teams;  exceptional emotional intelligence and communication skills. 
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration.
