Senior Ads Optimizer
KEY RESPONSIBIRITIES
- Manage and execute real-time bidding (RTB) and performance campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and LINE Ads.
- Plan, set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns to meet performance KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, and conversion targets.
- Conduct ongoing campaign analysis and implement optimization strategies to improve efficiency and performance.
- Generate and manage audience segments, tracking pixels, and conversion tracking across platforms.
- Ensure marketing tags and pixels are correctly implemented and functioning properly.
- Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain campaign documentation and ensure operational accuracy across all accounts.
- Provide guidance and support to assigned specialists or junior team members when required.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Biddable Specialist, Performance Marketer, or in Digital Ad Operations within an agency or in-house environment.
- Hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across social and performance platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into optimization actions.
- Familiarity with tracking implementation, pixels, and campaign measurement frameworks.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
