Senior Ads Optimizer

    WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR ?
    We are seeking an experienced Ad Operations Senior/Specialist with a strong background in performance advertising, social commerce, and programmatic media buying. This role is critical in driving efficient ad delivery, optimizing campaign performance, and managing end-to-end execution across both social platforms and programmatic ecosystems.
KEY RESPONSIBIRITIES
- Manage and execute real-time bidding (RTB) and performance campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and LINE Ads.
Plan, set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns to meet performance KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, and conversion targets.
Conduct ongoing campaign analysis and implement optimization strategies to improve efficiency and performance.
Generate and manage audience segments, tracking pixels, and conversion tracking across platforms.
Ensure marketing tags and pixels are correctly implemented and functioning properly.
Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders.
Maintain campaign documentation and ensure operational accuracy across all accounts.
Provide guidance and support to assigned specialists or junior team members when required.
 

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Biddable Specialist, Performance Marketer, or in Digital Ad Operations within an agency or in-house environment.
Hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across social and performance platforms.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into optimization actions.
Familiarity with tracking implementation, pixels, and campaign measurement frameworks.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
